Mr Kyle Payne has FINALLY posted about the “events” of the summer, “because [we] deserve to know.” Yeah, already fucking knew, you asshole. We found out about it from everywhere except your own damn blog, and now we deserve to know. Right.
Anyway, Kyle “explains” his actions in his post, without “justifying” them, blames his actions on repressed memories of his own sexual abuse as a child, apologizes to everyone, calls what feminists on the web have been writing about him a “smear campaign” (yeah, because telling the truth is obviously a smear campaign, FFS), and offers his email address so that individuals can tell him what they think about him. Comments to his post are closed — not that he’d ever allowed comments from detractors in the first place. He claims to be in psychological treatment, to have left anti-rape activism until he’s “better”, and to have left the feminist blogosphere until he is “welcomed back” by the feminist community. That’ll never happen. And he’s apparently collecting letters of support to lessen his sentence while he continues to work toward his masters degree in adult education.
There is just SO MUCH WRONG here. Kyle Payne FUCKING SUCKS and I FUCKING HATE HIM. FUCK YOU, KYLE PAYNE. FUCK YOU FUCK YOU FUCK YOU FUCK YOU. Fuck you and your condescending talk of coming back to feminist activism someday. Fuck you and your thinly veiled cry for support to serve your own desires. Fuck you for not wanting to be thoroughly sentenced while saying you want to take responsibility for your actions out of the other side of your mouth. Fuck you for not getting your own help before you likely victimized dozens of women in your “advocacy” work. Fuck you for pretending to be my ally. Fuck you for assaulting that woman and never actually saying that you sexually assaulted her in your “apology” post. Fuck you for using feminism as a way to get closer to your victims. Fuck you, Kyle Payne.

I ecourage everyone to call write or email the judge in this case and ask him to sentence Kyle Payne to prison. I would also ask all to call the Buena Vista County Attorney he is the one who aggreed to the plea bargin. He is also the the one that will be arguing for the state as to what punishiment he thinks Payne should get. The ball is in the County Attorneys Court as to what will happen to Kyle Payne. Thanks for posting that, Darren. I wrote to him last night, and he responded this morning to thank me and to let me know that the odds are against Payne getting a prison sentence, but that he would be arguing for it anyway. The county attorney seems like a cool guy — he said he read this most recent post of Kyle’s, calling it narcissistic drivel. He couldn’t be more right.
The VICTUM needs your HELP. There is a good chance that Kyle Payne will walk with a slap on hands. The county attorney is talking about NO JAIL time. WHAT the HELL? PLEASE write letters and Fax them to the County Attorney and to the Judge before August 25th, 2008. The County Attorney said only 2 emails have come into his office against Payne. As a family member of the true victum here Iam begging for your help. She is a victum who is going to be victimized again if he gets to go his merry way. PLEASE….Payne can not walk away as though he has done nothing.

Today we learned my niece’s offender is going to be lucky if they slap his hands. We need people to show their outrage for an abuser walking away with no time. It kills me to think that other people will happily be sending off their girls to college thinking that they are safe. With no time or calling him a sex offender he can just move onto another college and victum. PLEASE help us tell BV County….no more..STOP IT RIGHT HERE AND NOW!
